  • Q:Product Packaging

    All products are shipped from the original factory in packaging provided by Ambasen Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Ambasen will package the products in accordance with best commercial practices, unless there are special provisions in the contract or purchase order.

  • Q:Product Delivery

    A:

    Most standard products will be shipped directly from inventory, or delivered within the typical manufacturing lead time (1 to 4 weeks) after an order is received.

  • Q: Technical Support

    Ambasen has a knowledgeable and experienced engineering team that will cooperate closely with customers in product design and application development, as well as make minor adjustments to existing standard products. In addition, this service also applies to the design of individual dedicated switch components or complex switch systems.

  • Q:Return Authorization

    Before initiating any return, please call Ambasen or visit its official website (www.ambasen.com) to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Products without an accompanying RMA number will be returned evaluation or processing. Ambasen does not accept returned products sent COD (Collect on Delivery).
