Ambasen warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of initial shipment. Under this warranty, Ambasen's responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the purchase price of products or components returned by the buyer and proven defective upon inspection. This warranty does not apply to product damage resulting from storage, transportation, improper use, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Any repairs or alterations made without Ambasen's consent or knowledge will void this warranty. This warranty supersedes all other express or implied warranties.
